Lumnex provides personal finance management software designed to assist individuals and professionals with expense tracking, income logging, category analytics, budget limit enforcement, savings goal planning, and financial statement generation.
3. User Accounts & Security
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Lumnex.
- Account Integrity: You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep your authentication credentials confidential.
- Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities and data operations conducted under your authenticated account.
- Notification of Breach: You must immediately notify Lumnex at
support@lumnex.clickif you discover or suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. SaaS Subscriptions & Billing
Lumnex offers a Free Tier alongside optional paid subscription plans (Monthly Pro and Yearly Pro) providing enhanced capabilities:
- Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected tier.
- Payment Processing: Transactions are securely processed through verified payment gateways (including Safepay). Lumnex does not store your raw credit card numbers or banking secrets.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. For detailed terms regarding refunds, refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Price Modifications: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice to active subscribers. Any price changes will apply to subsequent renewal periods.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
When utilizing Lumnex, you agree NOT to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from any portion of the Service.
- Bypass, exploit, or attempt to tamper with Row Level Security (RLS) policies, authentication endpoints, or rate limits.
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers that place unreasonable loads on our cloud database or edge hosting infrastructure.
- Upload, store, or transmit malicious code, worms, viruses, or illegal materials through the Service.
- Attempt unauthorized access to other users' financial records or resources.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Lumnex platform—including the web application, user interface, brand assets, logos, design systems, algorithms, and documentation—are the exclusive intellectual property of Lumnex and its operators.
You retain 100% ownership and sovereignty over all financial entries, transaction logs, custom categories, and personal data you input into the Service. For details, view our Ownership Statement.
7. Data Sovereignty & Self-Service Account Deletion
You have the unrestricted right to export your financial data (in filtered PDF statement formats) or permanently erase all your data at any time via Settings > Data & Backup > Delete My Account.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF DEFECTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUMNEX, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Any revisions will become effective immediately upon posting to this URL with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Your continued use of Lumnex following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
